Q: Is your jewelry safe?

Our pieces are lead & nickel free and are kept in a safe, controlled inventory system.

Q: Where is the package shipped from?

Richmond, Virginia.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my shipment?

Sassy Jones uses USPS to ship our packages in the US. Orders are shipped typically within 2-3 business days of payment. Shipping averages 5-7 days unless expedited shipping is chosen. Shipment is $4.95 in the US only, unless otherwise stated.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 7 days to physically return the item(s) back for a store credit/exchange (effective June 1, 2018). After 14 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit.  Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Q: The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

ShopSassyJones.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly. If an item is re-stocked, it will be available to order again. Otherwise, you may check back our website as our inventory changes daily.
